Senior Adult

 

 

Thanks for checking out our Senior Adults ministry. This ministry is geared toward those at least 55 years of age and up. This group is a very active group, doing all kinds of fun and exciting things. It seems that they are always off on an wild adventure somewhere, whether it's traveling to some beautiful destination for a great time of fun and fellowship or if it's just finding a wonderful restaurant so they can sit down and enjoy a delicious meal together. Our seniors are active in many different ministries here at Crestview, such as, Women's Missionary Union, Baptist Men, C.A.R.E., and also our Handyman ministry. This group truly sets an example for the rest of the church to follow. No matter what they are doing they always put God first and seek His direction for their lives and for their ministry.

 

Here are a few of the trips and activities that the seniors have enjoyed in the past. The Passion Play, Miracle Theatre, Dixie Stampede, Gaither Homecomings, Dillard House, Bay Breeze Seafood, Ruby Tuesday, Amish Country in Penn., Washington D.C, The Grand Ole Opry, General Jackson Dinner Cruise and the list goes on and on. The next scheduled activity is on June 24th - It's an outdoor drama called "Unto these Hills" in Cherokee, NC. If you have any questions please feel free to call the church office.
